FIXTURE NEWS
The first fixture of the season has been set for Sunday October 5th 2008 at Ystradgynlais, courtesy of Team Wecori. 11am start.

The second fixture will be incorporated into the West Wales Cross Country Championships which are being hosted by Llanelli A.C. at Pembrey Country Park on Sunday 2nd November 2008. 

VOLUNTEERS
